Stephanie is a fellow at the Post Carbon Institute of Santa Rosa, California, but is a neighbor of ours here in Northwest Michigan, as her long time residence is in Cedar.  Ms. Mills writing includes 7 books and covers the topics of bio-diversity, and developing local economies.
